As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will be part of our fast-growing IT department. You will work closely with other teams while also serving as the primary point of contact for support requests and error reports from employees.

Responsibilities
- Set up and configure user accounts, devices, and software
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user PCs
- Ensure systems and applications remain secure and updated
- Provide first-line support for IT issues and error reporting
- Manage hardware, software, and license inventories
- Collaborate with the network team on telephony and IoT support
- Assist with access control systems and network troubleshooting
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and Jira support tickets

Requirements
🎓 Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
🗓️ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar support role
🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English
🖥️ Familiarity with Windows OS (MacOS knowledge is a plus)
🛠️ Basic understanding of hardware components and peripherals
📂 Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace
🚀 Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
