We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to strengthen our expanding IT department, serving as the first point of contact for internal tech support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
💻 Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and software
🔧 Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user PCs
🔐 Ensure systems and applications remain secure and up to date
📞 Serve as the first line of support for IT-related issues and error reporting
🧾 Manage inventory of hardware, software, and licenses
📡 Work with the network team to support telephony and IoT systems
🛠️ Assist with the access control system and help with network troubleshooting
📝 Keep technical documentation and Jira support tickets up to date
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role
Excellent communication skills in English
Familiarity with Windows OS (MacOS knowledge is a plus)
Basic understanding of hardware components and peripherals
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Work closely with devs and analysts
- Create and run tests in TypeScript/JavaScript (Jest or similar)
- Use SQL for data validation
- Integrate tests into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)
