As a VIP Sales Manager, you’ll become the go-to person for our most valuable players — building personal connections, anticipating needs, and delivering a level of care that truly stands out in the market.

What You’ll Do
✨ Be the trusted face of the brand for VIP players — available, responsive, proactive.
✨ Handle communication with empathy and precision — via chat, email, or call.
✨ React fast to changes in behavior — drops in activity, changes in mood, requests for help.
✨ Deliver timely updates about exclusive promotions, bonuses, and events.
✨ Coordinate with teams across the business: Support, Risk, Payments, Product.
✨ Help segment our VIP base and tailor strategies to each player type.
✨ Bring your insight to the table — we want your ideas to shape how we do VIP.
✨ Own your numbers — report regularly, stay data-aware, and drive retention.

What You Bring
✔️ 1+ year in VIP Account Management, Customer Support, or Retention (iGaming or B2C).
✔️ English fluency (B2+/C1) — clear communication is everything.
✔️ Strong emotional intelligence and people-first thinking.
✔️ Strategic mindset with the ability to act fast and independently.
✔️ Passion for delivering not just service — but an unforgettable experience.
