We are inDrive, and we are looking for a Staff Data Analyst

Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement forecasting models using statistical and ML algorithms for critical business metrics.
✅ Analyze and improve the operating model of the Ride Hailing vertical identifying drivers of growth and efficiency.
✅ Build and refine company level metrics such as CAC ARPU retention churn including standardizing their calculation and monitoring.
✅ Scale analytical solutions and forecasting approaches to other business verticals such as Delivery, Cargo, FinTech.
✅ Drive best practices in AB testing effect measurement experiment optimization and metric design.
✅ Collaborate with product marketing operations and finance teams to integrate data insights into strategic and tactical decisions.
✅ Mentor other analysts raising the team expertise in forecasting and strategic analytics.

Requirements
✅ 5 to 7 plus years of experience in data analytics, preferably in tech ride hailing ecommerce or platform businesses.
✅ Strong expertise in statistics, ML, regression, time series, survival analysis, uplift modeling.
✅ Excellent knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and experience with ML libraries such as scikitlearn, statsmodels. Prophet, XGBoost.
✅ Ability to deliver end to end solutions from building models to visualizing results for business stakeholders.
✅ Understanding of global business operations including multicountry multiproduct environments.
✅ Experience scaling analytical solutions across new markets and verticals.
