We are inDrive, and we are looking for a Group Manager of Product Analytics – Demand Domain (Delivery Hub)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Group Manager of Product Analytics to lead a team of three analysts in our Demand Domain / Delivery vertical. You will work with individual customers and small to medium-sized businesses, but aim to expand into large enterprises. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will oversee onboarding, activation, and retention processes, ensure high-quality analytics and significantly influence product strategy.

Requirements
✅ 5+ years in product analytics or data science, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
✅ Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Redash.
✅ Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research, and experimentation.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
✅ Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
✅ English B2, Russian C1-B2.
