As a VIP Sales Manager, you’ll become the go-to person for our most valuable players — building personal connections, anticipating needs, and delivering a level of care that truly stands out in the market.

What You’ll Do
✨ Be the trusted face of the brand for VIP players — available, responsive, proactive.
✨ Handle communication with empathy and precision — via chat, email, or call.
✨ React fast to changes in behavior — drops in activity, changes in mood, requests for help.

✨ Coordinate with teams across the business: Support, Risk, Payments, Product.
✨ Help segment our VIP base and tailor strategies to each player type.

What You Bring
✔️ 1+ year in VIP Account Management, Customer Support, or Retention (iGaming or B2C).
✔️ English fluency (B2+/C1) — clear communication is everything.

🚀 Ищем KYC Payment Manager — стань частью команды, где технологии встречаются с заботой о пользователях!**
📍 Кипр | 🕒 График: 2/2, по 8 часов | 💼 Офис, полная занятость

Создаём игровую платформу, где каждый игрок — не просто пользователь, а часть живого, вовлечённого сообщества. Честность, безопасность и прозрачность — наша база. Именно команда, отвечающая за KYC и платежи, помогает этим ценностям воплощаться на практике.

🎯 Что предстоит делать:
• Проводить KYC-проверки (ID, Proof of Address, Source of Funds/Wealth);
• Выполнять PEP/Sanctions-скрининг через профессиональные инструменты (например, World-Check, ComplyAdvantage);
• Одобрять или отклонять вывод средств согласно внутренней политике;
• Взаимодействовать с командами фрода и рисков — передавать кейсы, участвовать в оценке подозрительных транзакций;
• Консультировать саппорт-команду по вопросам KYC и платежей.

💡 Что важно:
• Опыт работы с KYC в FinTech или iGaming от 1 года;
• Базовые знания AML и принципов PEP/Sanctions-скрининга;
• Аналитическое мышление, внимательность и ответственность в принятии решений;
• Английский язык — уверенный уровень для работы с документами и системами;
• Плюсом будет опыт взаимодействия с платёжной или риск-командой.
