The Company is a trusted online broker registered in Cyprus with expertise in the US, European, and Asian stock markets and with a broad range of services in the financial markets.

📌Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ PQE as in-house in a CIF company or IT (fintech) or a law firm servicing CIF companies and/or IT (fintech)
• JD degree in Law (common-law jurisdiction), OR equivalent of a JD degree (from civil law jurisdiction) + LLM from a common-law jurisdiction
• Expertise in capital and money markets regulation (MiFID, Prospectus Regulation, ESMA regulations, CySEC, etc.), and other applicable EU regulation, also GDPR, IP regulation, etc.
• Deep understanding of capital brokerage, advisory, and portfolio management business (securities, instruments, standardized capital market agreements, TOBs., etc.)
• Fluent in Russian and English, strong drafting skills in both languages
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and social skills
• Accuracy, speed, and attention to details
• Ability to recognize the issue and fix it independently and within the team
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Advanced computer skills
• High level of responsibility, positive and team-oriented attitude

✔️Key Responsibilities

• Solving and following up on issues with regard to legal matters
• Analyzing and applying legal and regulatory requirements under CySec License, Cypriot legislation and applicable EU legislation, sanctions-related regulations, DORA, GDPR, etc.
• Drafting and reviewing any legal transactional documents with third-party service providers, prime brokers, banks, payment institutions, introducing brokers, investors, Clients, etc.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Company’s Terms of Business and related transactional documents, including their revision, redrafting, and amendment, as well as conducting assessments in response to business needs, new products, and regulatory changes, etc.
• Preparing legal memos on any legal or regulatory issues
• Engaging with external legal providers
• Providing legal support to all Company’s Departments
• Drafting, revising, and advising on internal policies and regulations
• Conduct regular reviews of the Company’s websites and trading platform from a customer perspective to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
