🚀 paytech is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Integrations Team
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus
💼 Full-time | On-site or Hybrid

About the Role:
You'll play a key role in connecting business needs with technical implementation. Working closely with product, support, and account teams — as well as external PSPs — you’ll help us deliver smooth, scalable integrations with third-party payment providers.

What You'll Do:
🔹 Gather and document integration requirements from internal teams and PSPs
🔹 Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specs
🔹 Run gap analyses between partner APIs and our platform
🔹 Join discovery & scoping calls with new providers
🔹 Prepare docs, flow diagrams, and interface definitions
🔹 Assist the Integration Project Manager with planning and priorities
🔹 Support UAT and validate implemented integrations
🔹 Track risks, issues, and dependencies
🔹 Contribute to improving internal BA processes and knowledge base

What We Expect:
🔺 2+ years in Business or Product Analysis (fintech/payments/integrations preferred)
🔺 Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows & system integration
🔺 Excellent analytical and documentation skills
🔺 Tools: Jira, Confluence, draw.io, Postman (or similar)
🔺 Fluent English & Russian (spoken & written)
🔺 Self-driven, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
➕ Bonus: Knowledge of compliance in payments
