We're building a next-gen media platform for psychedelic therapy & mental well-being — and social is at the heart of it. We're looking for a Social-First Media Growth Manager to scale our channels from 0 to 500K+ across IG, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram & more.

Your mission:
- Build platform-native strategies (not just reposts)
- Launch viral content series (microdosing diaries, explainers, UGC formats)
- Drive growth loops across media, community & tools
- Lead creator collabs, test constantly, scale what works
- Own voice, vision, and momentum of our brand in the wild

We want:
SMM pros, creators, or brand-builders who’ve grown accounts from scratch. Must speak the language of the internet and mental health. Bonus: experience with editorial, influencers, or wellness brands.
