Mercuryo is looking for Motion & Communication Designer
Mercuryo is an international company that creates a new generation of financial services for the business sector.
At Mercuryo, we’re at the forefront of enhancing decentralized finance (DeFi) with innovative payment use cases. Our goal is to redefine the finance experience, making sure everyone can easily access both web3 and traditional financial services.
Your Role:
– Coming up with and delivering visual ideas with a strong focus on motion design
– Creating animations and motion graphics for brand campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and digital out-of-home
– Working closely with the Art Director and creative team on large-scale projects and new product launches
– Evolving and maintaining our visual style across different channels and formats
– Adapting single concepts into multiple formats — fast, accurately, and with taste
– Iterating based on feedback, pitching ideas, and helping make our visuals even stronger
What We’re Looking For:
– 3+ years of experience in motion design — you’re confident in After Effects and other relevant tools
– Solid foundation in graphic or communication design.
– Strong skills in Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects — you know how to build out visuals for web and presentations
– A sharp visual eye and great design taste — you notice the small things that make a big difference.
– You love typography and know how to make it work, from tiny captions to bold headlines.
– You’re genuinely interested in Web3, crypto, and fintech — whether you’re already deep in it or just getting started.
– You’re a team player who values design that’s not just beautiful, but also smart and on point.
