We are looking for Junior Personal Assistant & Real Estate administrator in Limassol.
(Fluent English speaker)
Personal Assistant Duties:
•Provide administrative support to executives (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence).
•Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
•Assist with personal tasks as needed (e.g., errands, event planning).
•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Office / Real Estate Administration Duties:
•Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
•Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
•Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
•Assist with property management tasks, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination.
•Maintain property records, databases, and compliance documentation.
•Assist in marketing properties (e.g., updating listings, coordinating open houses).
