Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Personal Assistant & Office/Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations, assist executives, and manage administrative tasks related to office and real estate functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to executives (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence).
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Assist with personal tasks as needed (e.g., errands, event planning).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
• Assist with property management tasks, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain property records, databases, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in marketing properties (e.g., updating listings, coordinating open houses).


Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in administrative support, office management, or real estate (internships considered).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace.


Soft Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication English and Greek.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
o Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
