🔍Looking for: Payment Operations Manager
📍Limassol

Responsibilities:
🧩Manage the full payments cycle, including onboarding new payment gateways and optimizing existing ones
🧩Negotiate commercial terms and establish contracts with payment processors and financial institutions
🧩Develop a flow-of-funds strategy to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance
🧩Oversee daily operations related to payment processing, reconciliations, and settlements
🧩Handle chargebacks, disputes, and refunds, maintaining a low dispute ratio
🧩Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS)
🧩Oversee integration and performance of various payment methods (credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, etc.)

Requirements:
✅Proven experience (4+ years) in payment operations, preferably in financial services or fintech
✅Strong knowledge of payment gateways, chargebacks, and compliance regulations
✅Experience with various payment methods and technologies
✅Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✅Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
✅Ability to manage multiple payment providers and integrate new ones efficiently
