Responsibilities:
🧩Establish and structure the sales process from the ground up

🧩Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring performance and team support
🧩Identify new business opportunities and build key client relationships
🧩Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that attract and retain clients
🧩Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue/expenses

Requirements:
✅Proven experience as Head of Sales or similar in the forex brokerage industry
✅Experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
✅Strong understanding of forex trading, market dynamics, and regulations
✅Excellent leadership and management skills
✅Strategic thinker with a focus on business growth
