Customer Support Specialist
CryptoBot is one of the largest products on Telegram for buying, selling, exchanging, and transferring cryptocurrency. We have an active international userbase, with a key trading volume in CIS countries. Our MAU is hundreds of thousands of users. We are currently looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and help us make our product even better.

Responsibilities:
▪️Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently and professionally, adhering to established protocols.
▪️Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
▪️Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement of our platform and services.
▪️Identify and escalate any suspicious activity to the compliance department for further investigation.
▪️Participate in developing the knowledge base (instructions, regulations, rules).
▪️Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and platform updates to provide accurate information and support to users.
**
Requirements:**
▪️Fluent in Russian.
▪️Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the crypto, finance, or e-commerce industries.
▪️Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
▪️Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
▪️Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.
▪️Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
▪️English language proficiency certificate will be of a huge advantage.
▪️Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.
