Compliance Support Specialist
Crypto Bot is one of the biggest products in Telegram for buying, selling, exchanging, and transferring cryptocurrency serving tens of thousands of users each month. Since Crypto Bot's launch, our goal has been to create the most powerful crypto platform in Telegram.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user requests related to KYC/AML: explain reasons for restrictions, request additional documents, and clarify requirements.
• Review Source of Funds/Source of Wealth (SOF/SOW) cases: assess documents, perform initial risk evaluation, and prepare findings for senior specialists.
• Support in handling straightforward suspicious transaction cases: gather information, document cases, and record conclusions.
• Collect and organize information for the Head of Compliance: contribute to internal reports and track recurring user patterns.
• Assist the support team with compliance-related requests (via tickets/chat).
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a crypto company or fintech, with a focus on KYC/AML/Compliance. • Solid understanding of AML/CFT principles and KYC processes.
• Familiarity with verification systems.
• High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills: able to clearly explain requirements to users and provide concise input within the team.
• Readiness to start with standard tasks (ticket processing, KYC and SOF reviews) with potential for expanded responsibilities.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with cryptocurrency transactions.
• Ability to draft concise reports or prepare user communication templates.

Customer Support Specialist

We have an active international userbase, with a key trading volume in CIS countries. Our MAU is hundreds of thousands of users. We are currently looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and help us make our product even better.
Responsibilities:
▪️Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently and professionally, adhering to established protocols.
▪️Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
▪️Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement of our platform and services.
▪️Identify and escalate any suspicious activity to the compliance department for further investigation.
▪️Participate in developing the knowledge base (instructions, regulations, rules).
▪️Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and platform updates to provide accurate information and support to users.

Requirements:**
▪️Fluent in Russian.
▪️Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the crypto, finance, or e-commerce industries.
▪️Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
▪️Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
▪️Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.
▪️Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
▪️English language proficiency certificate will be of a huge advantage.
▪️Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.

▪️At least 3 years of experience with Node.JS/JavaScript/TypeScript and MongoDB/Mongoose. Knowledge of Next.js/React would be a great plus!
▪️Independence. Ability to design database interfaces or APIs based on general tasks and propose improvements. Ability to see tasks through to completion.
▪️Responsibility and attention to detail in development – the cost of errors in our project can be significant.
▪️Basic understanding of blockchain technologies.
▪️Testing skills. Not only code but also the final interface.
▪️Fluent in Russian.
