Project Overview

🗓Situation:

This is a platform for seminars and e-learning courses that can be accessed by both customers and internal employees.
The customer is already well advanced in terms of user experience and content. There is still a need for optimisation in the areas of safety/security, authentication and search engine optimisation.
The platform is to be used regularly through daily microlearning. The platform should also learn about user behaviour in order to optimise search results.

💪Challenges:

▫️Authentication & identification of customers
▫️B2B tenant to B2C tenant
▫️Search engine optimisation and subsequent presentation.

📈Tasks:

🔸The landscape consists of several interfaces. The basis should be Azure, where a WordPress application is securely linked to the customer and employee data.
🔸A B2C tenant is to be created as a user pool (currently B2B tenant), which guarantees the authentication of customers and identification of new users. The customer’s security guidelines must be observed and maintained here.
🔸Another function is the authentication of newly registered users as a customer via the Pangea interface. The customer’s security standards must also be observed here.

🤖Requirements:

🟣Experience with the problems described above
🟣Experience in authentication and identification
🟣Experience in WordPress and Azure
🟣Experience in the conversion from B2B tenant to B2C tenant
