We are looking for an experienced Middle Frontend Developer to join our team and help build modern web products. You’ll work on several exciting projects, closely collaborating with designers and backend developers, with a strong focus on quality, architecture, and user experience

💻 Tech Stack & Tools:
TypeScript, React 19, Next.js 15
Redux Toolkit, GraphQL (via graphql-request), REST API, Swagger
UI Libraries: MUI (Material UI), custom component systems
Testing: Vitest, Testing Library, Cypress
Codegen: GraphQL Codegen
Storybook 8+
Monitoring & Logging: Sentry, Prometheus (prom-client), Pino
Infrastructure: Gitlab CI/CD, ESLint, Prettier, Stylelint, Vite
Design Tools: Figma

💻 Responsibilities:
Develop new features and support existing interfaces
Integrate frontend code with APIs (GraphQL/REST)
mplement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs
Optimize rendering performance and Lighthouse scores
Participate in frontend architecture design
Work actively with Storybook and a component-driven approach
Write unit and integration tests
Take part in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices

💻 We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience in frontend development
Has excellent knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Confidently works with GraphQL and REST APIs
Understands component-based design systems
Has experience with build tools (Vite, Webpack, or Next.js)
Is familiar with testing tools (Vitest, Cypress, Testing Library)
Has experience setting up linters and CI pipelines (a plus)
Can read and improve existing code and follow best practices

💻 Nice-to-haves:
Experience with GraphQL Codegen
Familiarity with MUI, or custom UI kits
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Sentry, Prometheus)
Contributions to open-source or personal side projects
Some backend experience or understanding of Node.js environments

Senior product analyst (POS)

We are seeking a Рroduct Аnalyst to join our POS Loans team. In this role, you’ll dive into two streams: behavioral research of our clients and our sales agents as well. Turning raw data into business statements you will play a decisive role in improving strategies regarding acquisition, product offer and hiring. To do this you will collaborate closely with the product team, development team, and DWH team - our processes, products, and internal infrastructure are actively evolving, requiring deep understanding of data and its nature. Your work will directly impact on decision-making and economics.

🔧 Key responsibilities:
Designing and implementing A/B product tests from ideation to result evaluation
Generating hypotheses for optimization in various flow components
Data research of various process funnels, identifying bottlenecks and problem areas.
Developing, maintaining and improving reporting on key strategy metrics
Supporting and enhancing data models for stable operation and monitoring

✅ You will successfully complete these tasks if you have:
At least 3+ years of experience with data analytics, experience in work with financial products, especially credit products would be a plus.
Excellent knowledge and deep expertise with SQL
Hands-on experience using Python for data manipulation
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks visualization tools, Python libs).
Knowledge of statistics and probability theory to conduct and evaluate the results of experiments
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and connecting with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
