**About this role:
**
As a risk analyst specializing in credit scoring models, you'll navigate the intricate landscape of external and internal data we have to predict and manage credit risk, ensuring profitability of our credit products. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding financial stability by fine-tuning algorithms and interpreting trends to optimize credit assessments.

Your Future Responsibilities Await 🔧:

● Engage in analytics tasks related to credit risks, with a primary focus on building credit scoring models.
● Actively participate in the implementation of models and new features, maintain monitoring and reporting.
● Collaborate closely with the product team, development team, and DWH team - our processes, products, and internal infrastructure are actively evolving, requiring deep understanding of data and its nature.
● As we are still a startup, it's important to be able to be versatile and, when necessary, take on adjacent roles/tasks.

What we expect from candidate ✅:

● At least 1+ years of experience with data analytics, experience in risk analytics with credit products would be a plus.
● Proficiency with SQL and basic Python libraries for data analysis.
● Strong understanding of basic statistics, probability theory, and ML.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and connecting with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
● Previous involvement in startups (20-100 people) is a plus.
● Proven track record in developing successful financial products is a plus.
● Seeking teammates from across the globe, prioritizing those willing to relocate to our Manila HQ.
