🖥️ IT Office Administrator

We're looking for a part-time IT Office Administrator to help manage our tech operations. It's a remote-first role, but we’ll need someone who can occasionally visit our Limassol office to handle on-site tasks and keep things running smoothly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain office IT infrastructure (routers, internet, printers, workstations)
• Set up & manage internal systems, software, and access (VPNs, accounts, keycards)
• Support onboarding/offboarding (hardware, accounts, permissions)
• Track & manage IT inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers
• Provide basic tech support to team members
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices 🛡️

📍 Requirements:
• Based in Limassol, with ability to visit the office occasionally
• 2+ years in IT support/admin
• Knowledge of office networks, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
• Familiar with access management & IT security basics
• Proactive, organized & good English skills

✨ Nice to Have:
• Experience with remote tools (VPNs, RDP, Slack)
• Basic scripting or automation skills 💻
• Knowledge of compliance/security in startups or fintech
