It's a remote-first role, but weβll need someone who can occasionally visit our Limassol office to handle on-site tasks and keep things running smoothly.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain office IT infrastructure (routers, internet, printers, workstations)
β’ Set up & manage internal systems, software, and access (VPNs, accounts, keycards)
β’ Support onboarding/offboarding (hardware, accounts, permissions)
β’ Track & manage IT inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
β’ Liaise with IT vendors and service providers
β’ Provide basic tech support to team members
β’ Ensure cybersecurity best practices π‘οΈ
π Requirements:
β’ Based in Limassol, with ability to visit the office occasionally
β’ 2+ years in IT support/admin
β’ Knowledge of office networks, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
β’ Familiar with access management & IT security basics
β’ Proactive, organized & good English skills
β¨ Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with remote tools (VPNs, RDP, Slack)
β’ Basic scripting or automation skills π»
β’ Knowledge of compliance/security in startups or fintech
