📍 Position: Middle Technical Recruiter
📍 Location: Remote

🔎 Hey there! We’re Headshot, an international recruitment agency specializing in hiring for high-risk industries. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Middle Technical Recruiter to join our team.

📌 What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Filling technical and AI-related roles, including Backend Developers (PHP, Go, Kotlin, Python, etc.), QA (Automation & Full-stack), DevOps, Sys Admins, Product Managers, Prompt Engineers, Data Engineers, and more.
• Working directly with both clients and candidates. Open, honest, and efficient communication is key.
• Actively sourcing using LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Boolean search, and working with an ATS.
• Keeping the pipeline moving and feedback flowing.

📌 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Solid understanding of tech stacks and hiring workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• English at intermediate level or higher.
• Self-driven, smart, responsible and a good sense of humor 😊
