Position: Head of retention (iGaming)

As Head of Retention, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies to maximize player lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and increase engagement across all product verticals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in CRM, Retention, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, loyalty, and engagement tactics within online betting/casino environments.
- Proven experience managing segmentation, bonusing, and retention tools (e.g., Optimove, FastTrack, Salesforce, Braze).
- Excellent English language knowledge
