Lead CRM/retention (gambling, betting)**

Крупный бренд , оперирующий под локальными лицензиями в странах Африки в поисках CRM специалиста для выстраивания ретеншен процессов и лидирования направления.

Основные задачи:
- разработка и реализация коммуникационных стратегий согласно спицифике каждого гео (10 гео)
- постановка ТЗ контент специалистам, дизайнерам, технической команде crm
- анализ проведенных кампаний
- а/б тесты, кагортный анализ
- выявление триггеров и их влияние на конверсии

Квалификация:
- от 3-ех лет на позиции CRM/retention в гемблинг и беттинг продутках на тир-3

Position: Head of retention (iGaming)

As Head of Retention, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies to maximize player lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and increase engagement across all product verticals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in CRM, Retention, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, loyalty, and engagement tactics within online betting/casino environments.
