Your** job:
💻**Project development: eliminating technical debt, designing scalable solutions, implementing best engineering practices.
💻Leadership in feature delivery: estimating deadlines, coordinating developers involved in the project, mentoring the team.
💻Communication with the product: analyzing requirements, arguing technical limitations, proposing alternatives, timely highlighting risks.

**We expect:
**✔️6+ years with React, TypeScript
✔️Experience in key projects of product companies
✔️Managing complex features with a team of more than 2 developers
✔️Experience in reducing delivery times by optimizing technical solutions (refactoring, redesign, tooling)
✔️Experience in delivering solutions to b2b
✔️Fluent Russian
