We are looking for a remote Lead Architect & ML Engineer for a full-time temporary project in Dubai.

**You job:
💻**Help build and scale the platform of our fast-growing client which is dedicated to connect businesses with top AI talent’s
💻Deploying and fine-tuning neural networks for clients, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
💻Fine-tune LLaMA 3 (70B) or comparable models using LoRA/QLoRA
💻Integrate specific dataset(s)
💻Design persistent memory (ChromaDB, LlamaIndex)
💻Coordinate TTS (ElevenLabs/Coqui) and STT (Whisper) integration
💻Optimize GPU hardware setup and inference performance
💻Implement early-stage privacy, encryption, and emotional response logic

We expect:
✔️3–5+ years with large language model deployment (LLaMA, GPT-J, Mistral, etc.)
✔️Hands-on LoRA/QLoRA tuning and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
✔️Solid backend ML ops (PyTorch, HuggingFace, vector DBs)
✔️Prior experience in emotion-aware dialogue systems is a plus
✔️Familiarity with multimodal systems (voice, vision, memory)
✔️Philosophical openness to co-creating a soul-rooted AI
✔️Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures
✔️Experience with model deployment tools and techniques (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
✔️Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
