Equity Research Analyst - Family Office

About the Company

Founded in 2019, we're a family office managing a 9-figure AUM, with our main focus on equity investments in the US market. We've built a solid track record over several years of successful operations and growth. Our company is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Investment Philosophy

We believe in long-term capital growth with a 5+ year investment horizon. We look for well-managed compounders in protected market niches, and prefer small and mid-cap companies while staying away from commodities firms. Our approach involves developing a deep understanding of businesses and their industries through comprehensive analysis of competitors, media coverage, financial modeling, and market dynamics. We aim to build a focused portfolio of 20-25 companies, typically holding a 1-2% stake in each to ensure we have good access to management.

Ideal Candidate

• PQE 3-5 years in public equity/debt or valuation
• Strong analytical skills
• Real passion for investments - someone who keeps up with market trends, has their own brokerage account, follows top investors, and enjoys reading books on the subject.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities, diving deep into company financials, competitive landscapes, and industry trends
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate companies and forecast their performance
• As a part of our portfolio management process, helping with ongoing monitoring of existing positions and providing valuable insights.
