We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client Octopays is a young and dynamic company. We create payment solutions for your business considering all your business and technical capabilities is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the full cycle of HR processes: selection, adaptation, professional development, retention, dismissal
- Communication with employees
- Use of HR tools in work - CRM (maintaining full records of employees), ATS systems, communication channels and others
- Development and updating of HR policies
- Work with HR analytics
- Organization of the KPI development process, conducting individual surveys
- Development and maintenance of corporate culture
### Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the position of HR/HR Generalist from 2-3 years, preferably in a high-risk area (payments, iGaming)
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Communication skills, initiative

- Optimization and automation of business processes
- Ensuring a high level of security, compliance with regulatory requirements and KYC/AML standards
- Working with the technical side of operations, including preparing the necessary documents, obtaining licenses and managing any other documentation necessary for a specific business
- Working with reporting and analytics
- Interaction with external partners
### Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience as COO / Head of Operations from 3-5 years in the field of high risk (payments, casino)
- Deep understanding of the payment infrastructure: acquiring, PSP, processing, compliance
- Knowledge of high risk specifics
- Skills in building processes from scratch and scaling existing ones
- Experience working with international regulators / licenses.
