📍 iGaming company | Relocation to Cyprus (covered by the company)


**Responsibilities:
**- Lead the HR BP team: development, workload management, goal setting.
- Implement and optimize HR processes, update policies.
- Collaborate with top management, consult team leaders.
- HR analytics: reporting on staff, turnover, probation periods.
- Develop strategies for employee engagement and HR branding.

**Requirements:
**✔️ Experience in HR management (HRD, Head of HR) in IT companies with 1000+ employees.
✔️ Fluent in Russian/Ukrainian and English.
✔️ Proven experience in team leadership, implementing HR initiatives, and working with HR metrics.
✔️ Willingness to relocate to Cyprus (relocation support provided).
