Position: Junior Affiliate Manager (Dating Vertical)
Location: Office-based in Paphos or Nicosia, Cyprus
Type: Full-time

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in affiliate marketing within a high-converting and competitive niche. The position is office-based — available in either Paphos or Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
Maintain regular communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
Help manage tracking platforms, upload offers, and monitor traffic quality
Provide support with reports, analysis, and competitor research
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, compliance) to support affiliates

**Requirements:
**0.5–1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or strong motivation to start in the field
Basic understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare models
English — upper-intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
Russian - C1+
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn

**Nice to Have:
**Experience working with tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Everflow, HasOffers)
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or account management
Additional languages are a plus
