Position: Head of B2C (iGaming)
Location: Cyprus

About the Project:**
We are a fast-growing iGaming company in the final stages of product development (70% completed). Our platform serves both B2B and B2C markets: a full-fledged casino platform with CRM, various services, integrations, and providers, as well as a cutting-edge online casino.
We are looking for an experienced Head of B2C to spearhead the launch and growth of our online casino vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, organize, and lead the entire B2C team, including designers, retention specialists, affiliate managers, and other key personnel.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve technical issues and ensure the platform is optimized for scalability and performance.
- Define and implement the B2C strategy, including product positioning, user acquisition, and retention tactics.
- Develop and oversee marketing efforts, including affiliate programs, paid media, SEO, CRM strategies, and brand positioning.
- Ensure the platform operates within regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish KPIs and track overall business performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry with a focus on B2C operations.
- Strong expertise in team building, leadership, and structuring departments from scratch.
- Deep understanding of casino operations, player lifecycle management, and user acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with affiliate programs, paid marketing, and retention strategies.
- Technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with the product and development teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
