Backoffice specialist for Forex Broker in Limassol

Responsibilities:
-  Transactions processing in fiat and crypto;
-  Various daily reconciliations related to payments;
-  Undertaking any payments-related duties, such as actioning and monitoring of reports, verification and reporting of customer payments data;
-  Monitoring of correct workflows (money-in/money-out process in internal systems);
-  Reviewing, identifying, analyzing and resolving possible payment processing issues;
-  Coordinating with clients for payments;
-  Communicating with appropriate payment systems providers;
-  Communicating and coordinating with different departments.


Requirements: 
-  Experience in fiat and crypto payments from 2 years
-  Attention to details and good communication skills
-  Fluent English 
-  Advanced skills in MS Office Excel
