A group of companies is looking for a Compliance Officer with an experience in payments and / or crypto.

Full time, Limassol

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new clients and ongoing monitoring of existing clients in accordance with the Company’s Policy, including risk assessment to the clients, PEP, sanction and adverse media alerts investigations;
- Transaction monitoring of fiat and crypto transactions; - Internal and external reporting SAR, STR; - Liaising with the providers of onboarding, transaction monitoring, backoffice softs and participating in setting of rules and matrixes in such systems;
- Updating of companies’ AML & TF policies, internal procedures,
- Designing of internal workflow between the departments regarding AML&TF preventions;
- Reporting directly to, giving legal advice and guidance to the senior management team.

Requirements:
- Experience in AML & TF for at least 3 years, preferably in payments or crypto
- Experience in clients onboarding, transaction monitoring, internal and external reporting
- Experience working with different regulations
- Overall understanding what cryptocurrencies and blockchain is and passion towards the crypto industry
- Good stakeholder management, including ability to build relationships with teams across multiple offices
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English - Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word)
