Responsibilities:

- Building a department from scratch
- Development, analysis and support of contracts with clients
- Coordination of terms of use of payment services, refund policies, user agreements and other public documents.
- Monitoring compliance with KYC/AML, PSD2, GDPR, FATF and local legislation requirements.
- Maintaining the status of licenses (e.g. EMI, PI, MSB) and interaction with regulators.
- Creation of internal legal and compliance policies.
- Constant monitoring of changes in the field of financial and gaming regulations.
- Work with external bodies (providers, consultants)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Higher legal education
- Additional certificates for advanced training will be a plus
- More than 3 years of experience in the position of Legal, Head of legal
- Experience in the iGaming/Gaming industry and with payment systems
- Experience working with the Mena region (regional experience)

- 4+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.

- Market: Latam, Tier-1, Tier-2,3
- Hands-on experience managing ad budgets starting from $80,000+ per month.
- Strong expertise in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, push, and native traffic, and others.
- Familiarity with partnership-based traffic, influencer collaborations, and media platforms.
- Achieve the first measurable success case using the AI-driven influencer platform โ€“ from scouting to content virality.

๐Ÿ—ฃ Responsibilities:

- Display a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
- Research and outreach to valuable potential clients and partners
- Manage the whole business development & sales cycle
- Own the research and outreach for your targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize the chances of closing the deal (Legal, Tech Support, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Partnerships teams)
- All pricing negotiation, internal approvals, and presentation of offer to the client.
- Define the client pain points and needs, and with the help of Tech Support or Pre-Sale managers, find the best technical solution and present to the client.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Have 2-4 years of full-time business development and sales experience
- Hands-on experience working in B2B SaaS or Fintech, familiar with high-risk industries ( (gambling, betting, crypto, trading, forex and via). Understand the specifics of sales in the industries
- Can think strategically but also roll up your sleeves and personally launch the sales
- Have experience leading the whole sales cycle and keep consistent sales flow with solid performance metrics. Actively develop client relations, partnerships and upsell new products.
