About the Company.
We’re a fast-moving payment company scaling our financial operations. We’re looking for a Financial Manager to lead reconciliation, provider communication, and payment monitoring.

We’re hiring remotely — no relocation or visa support is provided.

Responsibilities.
– Monitor transactions, deposit flows, and new registrations
– Handle reconciliations and FX mismatches with providers
– Process and verify withdrawals
– Investigate financial risks and fraud attempts
– Support internal operations and customer service
– Collaborate with different teams and follow up on issues
– Help improve reporting and internal processes

Requirements.

✅ Experience & Knowledge
– 1+ year of experience in finance (preferred)
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
– Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
– Understanding of reconciliation and risk analysis

✅ Skills
– Strong attention to detail and self-organization
– Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work across teams

✅ Languages
– Fluent Russian (written & spoken)
