About the Company.
We are a fintech company developing cutting-edge software solutions. We are looking for a Support Specialist to assist our clients by providing updates on their requests, tracking issues, and ensuring tasks are categorized and prioritized properly.
Responsibilities.
Respond to client inquiries regarding task status and progress.
Track and manage client requests in Jira.
Prioritize and categorize issues based on urgency and impact.
Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely resolution of tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to follow up on pending issues.
Maintain organized documentation and reports on request statuses.
Requirements.

Experience & Knowledge
Background in IT or basic understanding of IT processes.
Familiarity with Jira, Agile methodologies, and SLA concepts.
Experience in issue tracking and support roles is a plus.

Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions.
Ability to analyze and prioritize requests efficiently.

Languages
Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
