✅ Must have:
You can create content that feels human, fun, and on-brand (not just “good grammar”)

Experience writing microcopy — push notifications, emails, app texts, headlines that pop
Ability to plan and manage content — from weekly calendars to one-off campaigns
Experience engaging with communities — writing replies, asking the right questions, turning insights into content
Comfortable working with content metrics — open rates, CTR, read-throughs, engagement stats
