Вам предстоит принять активное участие в проектировании, перестройке и миграции инфраструктуры для уже существующего highload-проекта практически с нуля: полностью избавиться от легаси-решений и внедрить современные подходы и технологии — от выбора новых партнёров по хостингу до внедрения версионирования сервисов.

В связи с ростом IT департамента, мы открываем вакансию на должность Senior DevOps Engineer.
Вакансия подразумевает релокацию вместе со всей семьей на Кипр, в г. Лимассол, и полное официальное трудоустройство.


📌Вам предстоит:

• Тесное взаимодействие и поддержка продуктовой команды разработки;
• Создание и поддержка helm-charts, kustomize и GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Создание и эксплуатация различных окружений от тестирования до продакшена;
• Обеспечение стабильной работы сервисов в тесном сотрудничестве с инфраструктурной командой;
• Обнаружение потенциальных проблем и участие в создании решения по их устранению;
• Поиск, тестирование и внедрение новых решений, помогающих оптимизировать текущие процессы и повысить качество предоставляемых услуг.

📌Наши ожидания от вас:

• Уверенное понимание принципов работы k8s;
• Опыт работы с брокерами сообщений (Kafka);
• Git, Gitlab, Gitlab CI;
• Prometheus stack;
• ELK/EFK.

📌Будет плюсом:

• Опыт работы с ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike;
• Знание любого скриптового языка программирования.

Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will manage a team of marketing professionals, oversee performance-driven campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full official employment and a comprehensive relocation package for you and your family.

📌Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a marketing strategy: Create effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company’s market position.
- Team management: Lead the marketing department, assign tasks, mentor, and develop employees’ professional skills.
- Analysis and optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing activities, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results.
- Budgeting: Plan, allocate, and control the use of the marketing budget. Brand management: Develop and maintain the company’s image, oversee external and internal communications.
- Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with sales, development, and customer service teams to achieve company-wide goals.
- Innovation: Introduce new approaches, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency.

📌Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably in online advertising, IT, or tech.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, advertising, and traffic management.
- Strong leadership skills: setting tasks, motivating, and developing employees.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Experience with digital tools: Google Analytics, advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), CRM systems.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- High self-organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
