We are looking for a Contract Specialist at Inktech.

📍Limassol, office.

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to: NDAs, service agreements, payment service agreements, contracts with game providers, marketing agreements, vendor contracts, etc.
Collaborate closely with other department (finance, business units) to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Manage the full contract lifecycle using contract management systems, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of contract templates and internal legal processes for improved efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related legal function.
Proven ability to draft and analyze legal documents with precision and clarity in both English and Russian.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools is a strong advantage.
Proficient in English at C1 level (written and spoken).
