Hi, we are a recruiting company called Art2Hire. We are looking for a CEО for our client, a fast-growing and innovative player in the iGaming space. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of an already successful operation and scale it further by optimizing internal processes, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration, and driving revenue growth.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Office, full-time, relocate
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define and implement business strategies to ensure financial growth and expansion
Structure processes, establish clear workflows, and create a highly efficient and goal-oriented team
Strengthen communication and collaboration between affiliate, analytics, content, marketing, and HR departments
Work closely with the owners to set clear business objectives and ensure the entire team is aligned and moving toward them
Oversee key financial and growth metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization
Requirements:
Prior experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry
Ability to take decisive actions and effectively lead a team of 60+ employees
Demonstrated ability to scale a business, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency
Familiarity with industry trends, monetization models, and performance marketing
Ability to both set high-level objectives and ensure their successful implementation
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
