Customer service specialist responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers over email, live chat, cases and phones;
- Find solutions to a wide range of standard and unique situations, driving it to resolutions;
- Help customers with a wide range of questions, including enhancement and add ons for their booked trips;
- Communicating with other departments of the company with a sole focus to ensure that customers have fantastic experience during their trip.

Expectations from you:**
- Experience of 1-2 years in a Customer service team is a big plus;
- Solid level of English (C1);
- Solid computer skills (nothing too difficult - emails, google docs, etc. Whatever you don’t know we will teach you);
- Be ready to work in shifts;
