We are an innovative IT company operating internationally. Seeking an experienced Head of Financial Statements & International Taxation to oversee financial and tax reporting across 6 jurisdictions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Financial and tax reporting (IFRS, international taxation)
✔ Development of accounting policies and tax strategies
✔ Process automation (Xero, Zoho)
✔ Management of team up to 7 professionals
✔ Transfer pricing control (OECD guidelines)
✔ Liaison with regulators and consultants

📌 Requirements:
✔ Residency in Cyprus
✔ English (B2+ level)
✔ Higher education in Finance/Economics + ACCA certification
✔ 3+ years in senior finance/tax role
✔ Deep knowledge of IFRS and international taxation
✔ Experience with Xero/Zoho and process automation
✔ Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
