Hi, we are a recruiting company called Art2Hire. We are looking for a CEО/Head of Affiliate for our client, a well established iGaming traffic network dedicated to connecting affiliates with high-quality traffic to the best-converting brands in the industry. It focuses on optimizing affiliate and brand partnerships to ensure top-tier conversions and best traffic performance.

CEO is fluent in English to lead their iGaming traffic network. The director will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial and performance success. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, affiliate marketing, and traffic optimization strategies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the companys strategic plan to connect affiliates with high-quality traffic to the best-converting brands
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance market presence and influence
Implement a data-driven approach to insure the best traffic quality and conversion results for our partners
2. Operational Management

Oversee and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in traffic management and brand partnerships
Organise constant monitoring of all vital KPI of product, ensure their constant growth
Set up effective sales team and be an active part of it

3. Financial Oversight

Manage the companys financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and optimized traffic solutions
Secure and allocate resources effectively to support operational and strategic initiatives
4. Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing executive team dedicated to achieving the companys mission and goals
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Mentor and develop team members to achieve professional growth and excellence
5. Stakeholder Engagement

Represent the company with affiliates, brands, and industry stakeholders
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners and affiliates
Communicate effectively with the board of directors and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives and performance outcomes
Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior executive leadership role within the iGaming or digital marketing industry
Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and traffic optimization
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial plans
Ability to drive innovation and navigate complex business environments
Fluency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
