We're a fast-growing fintech company based in sunny Limassol, and we're looking for a friendly and organized Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly!
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the two offices so everything runs like clockwork.
- Taking care of schedules, meeting arrangements, and office logistics.
- Helping out with admin tasks and keeping the office organized.
- Communicating with the team and external partners.
- Handling office supplies and helping the team with various needs.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for team members when needed.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring a productive office atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Female
- Knowledge of English, Greek and Russian (optional).
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles (preferably, but not a must).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
