🚀 eSIM Operations & Customer Support Specialist

We are launching Tele.com, a new virtual mobile operator powered by the TATA Mobile platform, part of Cartex Group. At the early stage, all customer onboarding and eSIM activation will be fully manual — and we are looking for a person who will be the first to lead this process!

What you will do:
✔️ Handle customer requests via chat and messengers
✔️ Issue eSIM profiles manually using TATA Mobile platform
✔️ Send payment links and confirm payments
✔️ Deliver eSIMs and help customers activate them
✔️ Record customer information in CRM
✔️ Support clients during activation and setup
✔️ Be the first point of contact for every Tele.com customer 🚀

About you:
You are organized, tech-friendly, and detail-oriented

You love helping people and solving simple tech tasks

You are ready to work with chats, CRM, and payment tools

You speak clearly and communicate with care

(Bonus) You know something about eSIMs, mobile services, or customer support

You are not afraid of manual tasks at the early stage — and want to grow with us!
