**✍️Head of Internal Communications

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Internal Communications (InterCom) to ensure effective communication across a remote and fast growing company, fostering a strong company culture, aligning internal messaging with business objectives, driving engagement, and leading strategic communication initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage employees, enhance transparency, and support leadership initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with the management to foster transparency and collaboration across a thriving 1000-person organization.

About You:
🔹3+ years of experience in Internal Communications in a leadership position with direct reports, preferably in the IT or tech sector.
🔹Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset, the ability to set clear objectives, and a track record of driving impactful internal communication initiatives.
🔹Experience in change management communication, with the ability to navigate organizational transformations and effectively communicate changes to employees (preferred).
🔹Excellent communication and collaboration skills
🔹Great command of the #English language (C1+)
