A leading marketing agency specializing in performance-driven partnerships and innovative marketing solutions within the iGaming industry is seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead the setup, strategy, and growth of our affiliate operations.
This is a unique opportunity to build a new affiliate team from scratch, develop and execute high-impact acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop & launch a new affiliate program, defining competitive commission structures and strategic incentives.
Build & lead a new affiliate team, ensuring high-performance execution of acquisition strategies.
Grow and manage partnerships with key affiliates, influencers, and industry networks to drive traffic and revenue.
Define and optimize affiliate marketing strategies across multiple brands and markets.
Analyze performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI from affiliate partnerships.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business goals.
Attend key industry events to promote client's brands and expand the affiliate network.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing.
Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and managing high-value partners.
Strong network of affiliates within iGaming and sports betting markets.
Leadership experience – ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
Data-driven mindset – experience with analytics tools, tracking software, and performance optimization.
Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Onsite)
