Job requirements:
• Fluent English - C1-C2;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a SaaS/tech companies (2-3 years min).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through change.
