Job requirements:
• Fluent English - C1 min;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology or CPaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through change.
