Requirements :
🖇English level (B1+) + Russian langauge (must)
🖇Experience with Linux, Windows, and MacOS administration.
🖇Knowledge of key principles and methods of information security.
🖇Basic understanding of Active Directory.
🖇Basic understanding of server administration, database and web application deployment, virtualization and containerization systems, monitoring and backup solutions.
🖇Skills in working with cabling and performing installation work.
🖇Knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
🖇Teamwork skills, high responsibility, and self-organization.
🖇Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
🖇Good communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues to non-experts.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Advisor to join our team in Limassol!

### Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Law (law firm or in-house legal department)
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Fluent in Russian & English (upper-intermediate or higher)
✅ Solid knowledge of local & international regulations

### Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Draft, review, and revise contracts & agreements (service agreements, NDAs, etc.)
🔹 Negotiate contract terms with internal & external parties
🔹 Ensure compliance with legal regulations & company policies
🔹 Identify and mitigate legal risks
🔹 Maintain organized records of contracts & legal documents
🔹 Provide legal advice to internal teams
